On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, After work around 0630 hours I went to Lake Natomas in Folsom California for a trip around the JOHNNY CASH TRAIL. This trail was named after the famous country western singer that came to Folsom and Played at the prison. His name is famous and now so is this Bike Trail.

This trail starts off simple enough and starts getting a bit harder as you go along. On this day as you watch this footage, I think you would agree with me that I took the easier route. Had I gone the other way, It would had been up hill almost all the way for the 1st 4 miles.

This ride was full of beauty and lots of small wildlife.
