Tom Hofer sings “Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down”. This song was written by Kris Kristofferson and was originally recorded by Ray Stevens in 1969. In 1970, Johnny Cash recorded it during a live performance at the Ryman Auditorium of The Johnny Cash Show. This song was later released as a single record and won the Country Music Association Award for Song of the Year in 1970 and hit # 1 on the country music chart.
