Back on June 17th 1995..... We hopped in a van & left Peoria Illinois headed to the Mark of the Quad Cities in Moline, Illinois....to see the legendary HIGHWAYMEN!!!!

WOW!! A very very very excellent evening!!

Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash & Kris Kristofferson. 4 of the best songwriters in American history without a doubt.

The guys vocals were stellar.... the band backing them up, were amazing! Legends!
Mickey Rachael on harmonica, Robby Turner on steel guitar, etc
I didn't do my homework, but I fondly remember Michey Raohael & that magic harmonica etc

Everyone was transfixed by the four souls fronting the band...and that's what I focused on during this quick story.
A bonus tale I didn't plan on sharing ????????

Oh....and the button on my shirt says, "Not old: Vintage"
