This song was first recorded in 1972. I re-recorded the "final" version in 1999 for my album "An Anonymous Man".

There are two themes for this song. One was written in 1972 for a class project when I was a college freshman. The second (and the breakdown) came to me when I picked up a 12-string that was on sale at Guitar Center in Dallas. I bought that guitar on the spot.
