This is a really straightforward one, just dodge out the ass. Point Blank Shot having knockback makes the Cyst fight go somewhat smoothly, since Highwayman can kill the Stalk and prevent Teleport that way. I used the antsy quirk to get him up to 90+ stress, then walked around until the affliction check. Retreated if I didn't get Vigorous. Somehow forgot to put on Finesse at the beginning, led to a scary situation but didn't get punished luckily.
