Hailing from the Dust of West Texas in Jayton. Slade started playing music in Lubbock while attending Texas Tech. Following the great songwriter's footsteps before him: Buddy Holly, Waylon Jennings & Pat Green. Slade’s music will captivate you and keep you coming back for more. We were lucky enough to sit down with him at the Mule Barn in Justin, Texas before one of his shows on St. Pattys Day to record this song off his 2022 Album “Best of Me”

P.S. Apologies for the buzzing in the first part of the song. Since all of our sessions are recorded live sometimes we get the occasional buzzing that can't be taken out without messing up the audio quality. Don't hate me.
