Both sides of the Civil War try to retake the bandit fort for themselves.

Among Bandits there could be: Bandits, Bandit Outlaws, Bandit Thugs, Bandit Highwaymen, Bandit Plunderers, Bandit Marauders, Bandit Leaders or Bandit Chiefs.
Imperials are randomly picked from characters who appear after typing in "help imperial" in the console, except "Imperial", the race characters.
Same goes for Stormcloaks, were only Ulfric Stormcloak was omitted.
