Rodrigo's Colombia-based travel company, Impulse, focuses on peace-building and social justice projects. They identify local changemakers (who usually have complex backgrounds) that lead projects for collective healing, social change, and economic empowerment within their communities.

RODRIGO ATUESTA was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. After college, Rodrigo set off to travel the world solo for a year and he found out that his home country had the huge untapped potential for meaningful travel. He co-founded Impulse, a local experiences provider that offers immersive travel experiences and supports Colombia’s social transformation process. Impulse is now a leading travel brand in Colombia and works with the private sector, government, and institutions to advance Colombia's regenerative travel agenda.
