Though it is not an actual turn-barrel design, Pedersoli's Queen Ann pistol has the looks and feel of the pistols that British gentlemen carried to protect themselves from footpads and highwaymen during the 18th century.

This .50 caliber smoothbore is fun to shoot with round balls, and, loaded with #2 buckshot, it makes a highly effective tool for self-defense.
