When I'm off Seroquel/Quetiapine temporarily it's terrible! Here is what I do to cope with the physical withdrawals, insomnia & manic symptoms. When the Pharmacy forgets to order my meds, I have an early flight in the morning or my Psychiatrist messes up, I have to be off Seroquel for 1 or 2 days. This results in nausea, throwing up, heat flashes & chills, dizziness, out of reality, me not sleeping, going manic, etc.
