- LEARN. TO. DRIVE. EMMA. :((((((((((
- Start Meditating *mInDfUlNeSs*
- Run a 30k
- Go for a run at like 7am in a hot country while it’s still cool, idk in France somewhere or along a beach my soul nEEDS IT LETS FIGURE THIS OUT
- STOP. PUTTING. OFF. THE. THINGS. THAT. MAKE. YOU. HAPPY.
- Work on flexibility and mobility

To Dos:
- Learn to French plait your hair you impatient child
- Learn how to roll... a poker chip on your knuckles
- Learn the tiktok white girl twerk
- Learn all the poker hands please emma

2020
- Stop tensing jaw (train myself out of it)
- Healthier sleep pattern
- No screen 1 hour before bed (replace with book or diary) (did not do this but like at least I’ve read and written more??)
- Go to therapy ✅
- Start running again (once a week, an hour?) start with 3k runs✅
- Learn to bake bread (hello homemade garlic bread)
- Learn to drive
