"Busted flat in Baton Rouge ..." In one of the most famous songs of all-time, Kris brings a gorgeously wistful feel to the song he geniusly wrote and which was made famous by Janis Joplin. "I'd trade all my tomorrows for a single yesterday." Wow! This is storytelling at its best and sung with a tenderness and longing that moves the soul.
(The sound on the soundtrack moves a little in and out occasionally, so I apologize for that.)
