Martin 1995 HD28S 'Slotted Headstock' Acoustic Guitar

Very RARE ’95 Martin Custom Made HD-28S Herringbone 12 fret SQUARE SLOTTED HEAD dreadought guitar with Rosewood back and sides, Sitka spruce top, ebony fingerboard and bridge. These HD28S 12 fret guitars are becoming harder to find as Martin made them in very limited numbers ! This Custom Made HD-28S is a very fine sounding and playing acoustic! This rare 1995 Martin Custom HD-28S 12-fret slotted head dreadnought was the predecessor to the VS and is in like new condition!

About Mark Goldenberg :

Goldenberg has played on records for Bob Dylan, Jackson Browne, Bonnie Raitt, Linda Ronstadt, Peter Frampton, Eels, Natalie Imbruglia, Chris Isaak, Karla Bonoff, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, and William Shatner. Mark co-wrote the song "Automatic" which was a hit for the Pointer Sisters. He also wrote "A Kick In The Heart" for Kim Carnes, and co-wrote "Novocaine for the Soul" for the band Eels. Mark also played lead guitar in Jackson Browne's band from 1994 until 2010. In 2015, Goldenberg finished a two-year tour with Hugh Laurie and his Copper Bottom Band
