Star Spangled Banner US National Anthem - Lady Gaga
Pete Seeger's This Land Is Your Land - Jennifer Lopez (1:57)
Amazing Grace - Garth Brooks (4:50)
President Joe Biden was sworn in on Wednesday (Jan. 20) at noon, with a galaxy of stars singing in celebration. Lady Gaga sang the National Anthem at the official swearing-in ceremony, where Jennifer Lopez and Garth Brooks also performed. Justin Timberlake and Ant Clemons sang their original collaboration "Better Days" while and Tim McGraw and Tyler Hubbard performed "Undivided" at the primetime special Celebrating America later that evening. And that's all happening on the last day of five days of scheduled programming by the Presidential Inauguration Committee (PIC).
Tom Hanks hosted the primetime special Celebrating America following Biden and Harris' swearing-in ceremony. Performers during the 90-minute TV event included Demi Lovato, Justin Timberlake, Jon Bon Jovi, Ant Clemons, Bruce Springsteen, John Legend, Foo Fighters, Tim McGraw and Tyler Hubbard, and Ozuna and DJ Cassidy. The artists that "represent the rich diversity and extensive talent America offers" performed at "iconic locations across the country." Eva Longoria and Kerry Washington also took part in this special by introducing "stories of young people making a difference in their communities" as well as the performers.
Celebrating America aired Wednesday January 20, 2021 from 8:30 to 10 p.m. ET on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and MSNBC. It also livestream on the PIC's socials as well as Amazon Prime Video, Twitch and NewsNOW from Fox.
