El Gavilan (The Hawk) is a song from Kris' album "Repossessed" (1986)
It's available on the CD "Kris Kristofferson The Country Collection" (1998) which is a double album of "Repossessed" and "Third World Warrior" (1990)
Both albums are just awesome.
