Jenny Pedersen is a Community Librarian with a focus on legal services. She has worked for Deschutes Public Library in a variety of roles since 2008 and has overseen the law library since 2018. Prior to working in libraries, she worked as a researcher at newspapers and television news stations in Canada, England and the US. She can't believe she waited so long to make the transition to libraries, where she is able to help people one-on-one with their information needs and challenges as well as talk endlessly about books. When not working, she enjoys reading, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, hiking and talking endlessly about books.
