Ingredients

egg - 4

onion - 4

coconut oil - 3 tbs

iran green chili /irachi mulak - 4

green chili -2

tomato - 1 small

ginger - 1 inch piece

garlic - 4 clove

fennel seeds - 3/4 tsp

turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

chilli powder - 2 tsp

coriander powder - 1 tsp

fried onions - 1/2 cup

garam masala - 1/2 tsp

curry leaves - 1 string

salt

Method

add coconut oil in a pan and let it heat , add onion ,green chilli , and salt ......let the onion until they become translucent , add crushed ginger ,garlic,and fennel seeds......saute well........

when the raw smell goes, add turmeric powder ,chilli powder , coriander powder step by step..................saute well

add tomato ... stir well...add little water close the lid and cook the masala on low heat ....then add friend onions and stir well........

Cook the masala on low heat ........

make tiny slits into the boiled eggs , garam masala and curry leaves add into the masala and cook it for a minutes......

put the pan on a high flame and keep stirring to further thicken the masala and make the egg crispy at the outside................
