It was what we call here an absolute NewYork-Moment, my deep honor and thrill having the great Tony Garnier, bassist with Bob Dylan for 35 years, sit in for a night in late August 2019 at BierhausNYC with the JoeStoneBand.
My buddies Elias Meister on guitar and Chris Eddleton on drums are my bank and played beautifully as always. Tony jumped on the bandstand without a rehearsal and sounded incredible even on songs he never heard before, like my original songs LastNight (I spent a week with you) and Languishment. A dream came true for me!
