One of the most famous songs by #HankWilliams, it has long been rumored that #MoonMullican had a hand in writing this. The melody is seemingly based on "Grand Texas" as far as the melody is concerned; past that there is no resemblance. Moon's version is quite different from Hank's, although still as enjoyable. It was released on #KingRecords 1106, the "A" side to "A Mighty Pretty Waltz." Naturally Hank's version is my favorite and it has eclipsed Moon's version, but his is worth a listen!
