Power Platform functional consultant Claire Carmichael joined John and me for some Microsoft BizApps show and tell.

@ 00:42:50 - I explain what business process flows are and how they are used. I provide my honest opinion of them with some examples of how they hinder or assist user adoption.

@ 01:30:47 - Claire demonstrates the power of automation by showing us how she used Power Automate with Microsoft Graph API and Adaptive Cards to integrate Azure AD, Teams, Outlook and Planner.

In other business, John discusses how he's been helping his customers during the COVID-19 crisis by running webinars on how to use Teams effectively.

And, we discuss the different types of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform projects that we are working on and how the typical approach to these projects has changed over the years.
