How Johnny Cash was heartlessly abandoned by his owner

This is the moment this poor pup, named Johnny Cash, was abandoned outside the Soi Dog shelter. It was a stormy morning here in Phuket and adorable Johnny probably thought he was just going for a walk.

We are pleased to say that as a result of the prompt action taken by the local police, in a landmark case, justice was served for Johnny.
