Waylon Jennings and John Lennon don't exactly seem like the most natural fit, and we certainly wouldn't call them best buddies. Nonetheless, Lennon did make an effort to establish rapport with Jennings in the past, and Jennings's account of the episode is rather entertaining.

History buffs and admirers of both artists find the infamous letter intriguing. Jennings' acclaimed book from 1996 was the first place images of the letter popped out. All of it was missing. It only had a photocopy of the letter with the words "A Beatle writes" around it.
