The Highwaymen est un supergroupe de musique country composé de Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson et Kris Kristofferson. Ils sont bien connus pour, entre autres choses, leur implication et l'influence de pionniers sur le sous-genre outlaw country. Actifs entre 1985 et 2002, ces quatre artistes ont enregistré trois albums de libellés importants en tant que The Highwaymen: deux chez Columbia Records et l'autre pour Liberty Records. Leurs œuvres britanniques ont produit trois singles graphiques, y compris le numéro un Highwayman en 1985.
