In the waning hours of Saturday, April 30, the ground beneath Louisianan boots trembled. Just east of the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge, nestled into the Louisiana State University campus, county star Garth Brooks performed a local fan-favorite song at a jam-packed Tiger Stadium. The crowd’s furor was so strong it registered as a small earthquake, according to the university seismograph.
