Garth Brooks accused of sexual assault and battery, denies allegations as extortion

Country music superstar Garth Brooks is accused of sexual assault and battery.

“He seems like a good guy and I’ve seen him like three times in concert,” says one of his fans on Broadway.

Some fans are even questioning the allegations. “That’s crazy I don’t think it’s true,” one fan said.

The lawsuit is filed by a woman identified as Jane Roe. The complaint says Roe was hired to do Garth Brooks’ wife’s, Tricia Yearwood, hair and makeup and later started working with Brooks as well after he learned Ms. Roe was experiencing some financial difficulties. Brooks would allegedly take advantage of her financial hardship in 2019.
