Blue Cheese dressing:
4 Oz. Good quality blue cheese
2 TBS Jalapeno Cream Cheese
2 TBS Mayonnaise
2 Whole Garlic Cloves
salt & fresh pepper
Blend together. Add water or whipping cream (just a little at a time) to get it to the consistency you want. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
