Morpeth Town crashed out of the Emirates FA Cup at the first hurdle after a 2-0 defeat to Shildon in the Extra Preliminary Round.
The hosts were 1-0 up after nine minutes when Matty Robson slotted home the penalty.
Joe Walton and Dan Moore both hit the post in the first half, before Shildon doubled their lead after the hour mark.
Lewis Dodds bundle the ball into the net, and that was that, Morpeth didn't manage to come up with a reply and now turn their attention to the league.
