Since these characters are fairly obscure for this series unless you were in Mrs. Marino's class in 7th grade, here are summaries to the main stories involved in this! Welcome to the mid-season finale of Terrible Rap Battles of Comic Sans Season 3! Today, we have protagonist of Ray Bradbury's "A Sound of Thunder" and time traveling hunter, Eckels, time traveling back to colonial times to battle against the protagonist of Alfred Noyes's "The Highwayman" and, well, notorious highwayman, the Highwayman, in a battle of 7th grade literature. However, when a sound of thunder strikes, the results are sure to be shocking. I'm not sorry for that pun.

This season has been phenominal so far. The reception has been amazing, and I'mso grateful to everyone, old and new viewers alike, that have stuck around 'til this mid-season finale. These six battles have taken a lot of effort to make, and I'm glad it's paid off for both myself and you guys. Obviously, I'm doing things way differently from the previous seasons, and this new approach is definitely the way to go from now on. I appreciate all of you, and let's hope the second half is just as good, if not better (whenever I start working on that)!
