We talk about the skills you cannot go without and offer the most utility or damage. Raw damage abilities are included but that does not necessarily they are the best but rather a okay necessity for example something like an open vein or wicked slice on the highwayman. Some people see that as a necessity on him but it may not be his best skill overall.
