With haunted houses and costume parties all made difficult due to the coronavirus pandemic, a new socially distant Halloween activity is gaining popularity in Japan. Drive-in horror shows where actors in spooky outfits terrify patrons inside cars offer a safe and scary treat for Halloween fans. Lucy Kraft reports.
