From the 2006 album "This Old Road." Most of the song is about the war in Iraq, but it starts and ends with a reference to Laci Peterson's murder. I thought about making this video when I first listened to the record, and after 4 years, I finally did it. The tragic part is that it is even more relevant today. Who is to blame for the atrocities being committed in Iraq? Former president George W Bush? President Obama? All of us? One thing I can say with certainty:
Don't blame God. I swear to God, He's cryin' too. "Not in My name. Not on My ground. I want nothing but the ending of the war. No more killing, or it's over. And the mystery won't matter anymore.
Don't blame God. I swear to God, He's cryin' too. "Not in My name. Not on My ground. I want nothing but the ending of the war. No more killing, or it's over. And the mystery won't matter anymore.
