This video shows a comp made by claudius_maker and it shows 5 win matches.

King and thieves is a ,,damage-stress" team, here are roles of characters:

1st: Leper (accuracy trinket + damage trinket) - damage dealer
2nd: Crusader (damage trinkets) - damage dealer
3rd: Antiquarian (dodge trinkets) - stress dealer
4th: Highwayman (damage trinkets) - damage dealer

PROS:
1) Great damage outcome
2) Great stress outcome
3) Great healing potential

CONS:
1) Disruption is a menace
2) Marks are a menace
3) Stress is a menace
4) Stuns are a menace
5) RNGsus is a menace

King and thieves is a damage team, that can apply big amount of stress and little bit of DoT, if you know, which skills to use. You have 3 (self)healers and everyone can apply AoE damage. Sadly this team is highly vulnerable against stress teams.

I played a few strategies, such as "full damage", "full stress", "DoT Leper" and also "support Crusader". I tried also both versions of Highwayman - "bandit" and "gunslinger". In this team is better to stick with "bandit".

My advice: Good choice, if your Leper have skill "Purge". In some scenarios, it's "must have" skill. Start with Crusader for stunning OR Highwayman for opening the riposte. Next use Leper for dealing damage and lastly Antiquarian for healing.

This team is awful. I would call them much worse, but I think, that's enough. You don't have a chance against disruption and stress teams. If your Leper gets to the 3rd position, you're almost lose the match. I struggle with this team so much time, not fun at all. Playing this was like searching for the treasure on the field with nuclear waste. Just another meme team.
