This side job does not show up on the map. To start it find the garage in Rancho Coronado, Santo Domingo at the southeast corner of the town directly below the dam. After the mission starts you can find James by heading south from the Japantown West fast travel point and look around the second set of benches. After that the mission will provide directions except for the location of the bike, which is near the All Foods fast travel point in the Northside of Watson.
