Tomatillo dressing:
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
1 cup sour cream
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp minced garlic
juice of 1 lime
3 tomatillos husked and washed
1/3 cup salsa verde
1 jalapeño
Blend together and refrigerate for at least an hour
