This one started life as a Dynamic Duo song in 1979. It was a country folk type number then, with some 1st verse lyrical inspiration from Kris Kristoffersson (“Sunday Mornin’ Comin’ Down” if you must know). By the time we re-did it with Jamil in the mid ‘80s we’d changed the chorus and upped the amplification quota! We jammed on this once with Warwick (Hitmen, Radio Birdman) at our rented Vaucluse house (pictured, when 3 of us lived there), where we regularly drove the neighbours mad with extended weekend sessions. This late ‘80s or early ‘90s Dynamic Songkoks version has Phillip Ng on lead vocals & bass, Jamil Ahmad on lead guitar, Fred on rhythm guitar & backing vocals and Am JJ on drums.
