Thanks to the original Khmer Medical Evangelism Team for producing the Khmer Healthy Cooking Cookbook and recipe videos back in 2016.
Many requests came from people who could not read or listen to Khmer language, so an English version of the cookbook was put on a link online in 2019 (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zSaC...).
In the end of 2020, the Kantrak Adventist School students in Hospitality class (Grade 11 and 12), decided to video the English language recipes from the cookbook. This is an ongoing school project, week by week, with the grade 11 and 12 students involved in preparing, filming, editing and posting each video.
These recipes are designed to be lower in fats (zero animal fats), lower in processed sugars, free from MSG and animal products. It is our hope and prayer that you, the viewer, will be inspired to make at least some of your meals without meat. This is better for your health, and better for your country and your planet.
