Dr Sophie Bostock – Former BHF-funded researcher and fundraiser, known as The Sleep Scientist, discusses the various stages of sleep, why the quality and type of slumber is vital to heart health and gives helpful advice on how to drift off.

Regina Giblin – BHF Senior Cardiac Nurse helps to answer viewers questions and offers helpful tips about getting a good night’s rest.
