Genos, the latest flagship Digital Workstation from Yamaha, is an incredibly inspiring songwriting tool as well as a powerful performance and studio instrument. Yamaha reached out to Nashville hit songwriter Beth Nielsen Chapman and asked her to work with Genos for a while and let us know what she thought about the instrument. Beth has written for dozens of pop and country stars including Faith Hill, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings, and was recently inducted into the songwriting Hall of Fame. Here, Beth describes her passion for writing and talks to us about how the Genos inspires her and makes her process both easier and quicker.
