This video is from The first ever Johnny Cash Music Festival in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It was August of 2011 and I had just started doing some touring with John Carter Cash as his guitarist. When i got the word that i'd be in the backing band for Kristofferson that was it for me. Here's a 29 year old me being baptized with fire playing for the biggest audience i ever had at the time 8,500 people. This song is "Big River."
