USA - n/a (Only the LP5 - as opposed to the LP5x - is currently listed on the company website while eBay.com sales are being shipped from Europe. I have seen outlets like Forbes list the LP5x as $349, though so the model appears destined for release in the USA at some point. Due to the holidays, I've been unable to confirm any dates with Audio-Technica but will endeavour to enquire further when everyone's back at their desks)
