The official website of Akon City depicts a futuristic metropolis dotted with gleaming twisting skyscrapers and palm trees, as depicted on the website. Residents will be able to use Akoin to pay for a variety of services, including the tram, basic utilities, business licenses, and even their taxes, according to plans. Akon has stated that this will be the first of several Akon-branded smart cities to be built throughout Africa if he gets his way
