This is the 1st Annual "WB Radio Music Awards" from October 28th, 1999 with original commercials. It ended up being the only one because it was moved to ABC the following year and rebranded as simply the "Radio Music Awards". It lasted 2 years on ABC before then moving on to NBC where it lasted another 3 years and ended in 2005. (broadcast from WDKA 49)
