Another wonderful Jimmy Webb tune - with Campbell’s slick 1979 intro.

The song was made more famous later in the 80’s of course by ‘The Highwaymen’ themselves Johnny, Waylon, Willie and Kris.

Their version won Webb a Grammy in 1986.
